Privacy policy

HONGBINL TECH LIMITED (company number 80040569) operates TopUpCrew at topupcrew.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact service@topupcrew.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect and why

• Orders and delivery: your email, selected game and denomination, order reference, amount, currency, payment status and fulfilment history. For account top-ups we also collect the Player ID, Server ID or character name requested on the product page. We use these details to process payment, deliver your purchase, send order updates and handle refunds or disputes.
• Accounts and support: account details you choose to provide, and the name, contact details, message or evidence you submit when contacting us. We use these to manage your account and answer your request. The guest checkout for digital top-ups asks only for a delivery email in its contact step; required game identifiers are collected with the product.
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, request logs and session or cookie identifiers used to operate the site, maintain your cart, remember privacy choices, investigate errors and protect against misuse.

Fields marked as required are needed for the requested order or service; without them we may be unable to process payment, deliver the item or answer you. Optional information is voluntary. Please provide only information relevant to your request. We never need your game password or one-time login code.

Payments

Payment is completed through the selected payment provider's checkout. We share the order amount, currency and reference, along with relevant contact/customer identifiers and IP information, to create and verify the payment. The provider collects the payment details needed for its service under its own privacy notice. Do not send full card details or security codes to our support email.

Who receives information

Access is limited to people and service providers who need information for the purposes above: our order and support staff, payment providers, the suppliers or game platforms needed to fulfil a top-up, and hosting, security and email providers. Only necessary delivery information is provided for fulfilment. We may also disclose information where legally required, to resolve payment disputes or to protect legitimate rights.

Our business is based in Hong Kong. Our service providers may process data in other countries, including outside your country of residence. We remain responsible for selecting appropriate arrangements for data handled on our behalf, including confidentiality, security and lawful cross-border transfer requirements where applicable.

Cookies and choices

Essential cookies and similar storage support the cart, checkout, login, security and privacy preferences. Blocking them in your browser may prevent these functions from working. Where optional cookies are offered, use the site's cookie settings to accept or refuse them and change your choice. This notice does not grant permission for unrelated advertising or marketing.

Retention and protection

We keep personal information only as long as needed for its stated purpose, including delivery, support, accounting, legal obligations and unresolved disputes. We then delete or anonymise it unless retention is required by law. Retention depends on the record and the applicable obligation, rather than one period for every type of information.

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Please keep your account credentials and voucher codes confidential.

Your rights and requests

You may ask whether we hold your personal data and request access or correction. Depending on applicable law, you may also request a copy, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an unresolved transaction.

Email service@topupcrew.com with the nature of your request. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful restriction. You may complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your location, including Hong Kong's Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data where applicable.
