01–02 / Before you pay
The right pack.
The right account.
Check the game or app, region and amount. Each pack shows whether you will receive account credit or a code to redeem.
- Account top-up: enter the Player ID and any Server ID requested on the product page.
- Email voucher: enter your email at checkout. You redeem the code using the product instructions.
- Check once more: confirm your details before payment. We never ask for your game password.
03–04 / After payment
Next up:
your delivery.
Delivery is usually completed within 1 hour after payment is confirmed and all required details are correct. This is an estimate; payment checks, incorrect details or service interruptions can take longer.
- Account top-up: credit goes to the account saved with your order.
- Email voucher: the code goes to your checkout email. You still need to redeem it.
